Brain Drain

Watching CNN the other night a banker in a fit of indignant pique commenting that if you take away the banker’s bonuses it would cause a ‘brain drain’. I’ve always thought what a silly term, have you ever been in conversation when you are only listening with half an ear, while at the same time thinking literary what is being said?

Hearing ‘brain drain’ does that to me, envision a banker going into the bathroom and putting their brains down the pan! Some thought.

Question: Have you ever met/seen a brain drain? Moving from London to New York some of my friends said I could be a ‘brain drain’! They would say that! I can hear you thinking what is this drivel? As the saying goes, ‘when you’re in a deep hole stop digging’, I’ll stop writing.
